ever since I was a young boy, i have always been inspired by the big bands - Oasis, The Smiths, The Beach Boys and so many more. during lockdown, i think we all had A LOT of time on our hands and that's what inspired me so much when I wrote 'HAPPINESS' - this song is just a good vibe and to me, symbolises the enjoyment of hanging out with your friends, that special someone and family (which i definitely missed during lockdown)! i hope the up-beat tempo and catchy chorus brings a smile to people's faces and just reminds them that happiness is all around them, even when times feel tough and lonely; if you think happy thoughts and connect with the people that make you smile, you're never alone!
as someone who has struggled with their mental health before, the idea of being alone was incredibly daunting and scary to me, but music is the one constant that helps me channel and connect with my emotions and say what i want to say!
